It was a surprise to get a grounded plug, though, so watch out for that. Cord's pretty long, and the connector fits snugly enough.Two slight problems, though. Occasionally it will stop providing constant power, and begin to flick off every second or so. It still appears to provide power, it's just worrying. The other is that the power converter box got loosened when I dropped it once, and is now able to opened. The seller got it there quickly (Optimum Solution I think) and I was happy with that. She was able to get back to work again BUT one week prior to her thesis defense, this product died. IT ONLY LASTED THREE WEEKS. I don't know if this is just a bad product overall or if there are quality issues, but I would not buy this product due to risk of getting junk. We now have limited time to find a replacement and I'm very dissatisfied. |
